Founded in 1996, HONGDA MOTOR-ELECTRICAL LTD. is an independent consulting engineering firm based in Oakville, Ontario. Principal engineer Hugh Chen brings over 30 years of hands-on automation and electrical controls experience across pharmaceutical, automotive, packaging, nuclear, and industrial manufacturing sectors.
Holding both a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering and Interprovincial Licensed Electrician certifications (442A & 309A), Hugh delivers complex projects independently from concept through commissioning.
